Xavone Charles | Managing Partner

A resident of North Las Vegas, Xavone Charles is the Managing Partner of Desert Elite Management LLC, a full-service real estate and development firm. With over a decade of experience in design, construction, and development, he has successfully managed and completed more than 2 million square feet of private and public projects valued at over $500 million.

 

As a licensed General Contractor in the State of Nevada, Xavone brings comprehensive expertise in all facets of construction and project management. He studied Architecture with a minor in Sociology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He also holds a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification for contractor underwriting and maintains OSHA 30 credentials, underscoring his commitment to operational excellence and safety.

 

Xavone’s extensive portfolio and diverse qualifications make him a trusted leader in the construction and development sectors, consistently delivering high-quality results for a broad range of clients and stakeholders.
